SHIPPING AND RETURNING POLICY

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.  We are unable to ship to AK, HI, PR, military or international addresses at this time.  We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, US Post Office and  truck for some heavy items and do not offer any expedited shipping services.  Please allow 5 - 12 business days for delivery.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item.  If an item you order is out of stock, we will send you an email with the expected timeframe so you could have the option of either waiting for the order or to cancel.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with purchase made at Smart Kid Toy.  If you receive wrong items or are missing items, we will replace the items at no cost to you.  If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return it within 7 days for exchange another item from our website, refund or store credit.  Shipping charges and processing charges will not be refunded.  There will also be a 25% restocking fee for all return for refund items.  Please note, all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals. We will not accept dirty, broken or used products or any items in non-standard packaging.  You are responsible for all costs related to returns and exchanges.  Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your purchase amount or notify you if any damaged occurred in the return shipping of your item. If you item is damaged on the return to us, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier to recover your product cost.

Prior authorization is require for ALL returns and exchanges.  It MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Smart Kid Toy.  Please contact our customer service department at
customerservice@smartkidtoy.com for more information. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if we do not receive the merchandise in original or resold condition.   In such a case, the items will be returned to you.   If the shipment is rejected, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
